*lightly confused..
writes:i'm very scared. i've been severly depressed for some time, and its affecting my relationship with my bf. i cant bring myself to look at him the same. i've changed, i still love him, but sometimes i feel that he's given up on me, like he doesnt love me anymore. i dont know what to do.. please help.

the problem with depression is that it zaps your confidence and your self esteem, he obviously still loves you or he wouldnt still be around....does he know you feel this way? talk to him, also seek medical advice, as ive been there and its hard to come out of depression on your own....you really need to concentrate on you, tell him you love him but more importantly ask him to reassure you, and ask for his support...things may look black at the moment but they will get better once you sort out the depression......from someone who knows....goodluck
