But I still feel like something is missing..I was doing drugs and pills and drinking everyday just to get through The school day..which is just not okay..I stopped doing all that because I know that I was stupid but nothing is helping at all and I sit here and day dream that if me and this boy get together things might get better for me but that all goes back to I'm way too scared of rejection...I'm just stuck. What do I do!? Someone please help me

 First off well done for getting off the drugs and alcohol. That is a great achievement so you should be very proud of yourself. It sounds to me like you may be suffering from clinical depression. It is quite common for teenagers. Maybe you should take a trip to your doctor or a counsellor to talk things over.
As for this boy that you like, well everyone is scared of rejection. But you need to gain confidence that's what's wrong. You need to think positive and say well it is better to be rejected than to never know what could have been. So go for it. Or if you don't want to tell him directly how you feel. Show him lots of attention and flirt with him.
