I'm 18, so legally allowed in pub and bars but its not like I want to go out on the pull! I just want to make some new friends, and see where things go from there. Meeting guys in pub/clubs is ok, but they are there for one thing and that is to score with the women. By all means go clubbing/pubbing and have fun, but be careful don't fall for the first guy you meet. Get to know them as friends first, have fun, but also know when to draw the line or they will take advantage. There numerous of places to meet guys, go ten pin bowling with your friends, it is great fun and there are plenty of guys that go there. You don't have to sit in a pub and get p*ssed to have fun.

 You could find some part time job during your holidays and you may meet new people at work.
Get out of the house and be in public places where there are a lot of people.
Join your friends in outdoor activities.
