Please take a glance at both those links. Really. Oral sex IS sex and you are nearly just as much at risk for STI's as you would be with vaginal sex. You are not invincible, and this stuff can happen to you! Seriously, 1 in 4 teenagers (age 14-19) has at least one STI. They're getting it from somewhere. Your fella may not even know he has one! I'm not trying to rain on your parade, just making sure that you know what you're getting into and that you are at least informed enough to keep yourself safe!...
After you take care of you, and everyone is deemed 100% clean by a doctor, then you can practice on him to your hearts content (he will be more than pleased to be a practice dummy for your developing technique) and without fear of any cooties! Good luck, sweet!

You don't need to practice - guys are so happy that you're going to give them oral, that they'll show you what they like. It's easier for a girl being with an experienced guy for her first time because he knows what he likes. Just make sure you're ready :)
