When we got home I kicked her out. Nearly a month later she came back into my life, at first I thought it was a good sign though tonight I did a bad thing and looked in her phone (which I regret though am also happy I did in a way) I found pictures of her in her underwear taken a a few days after we got backk together and received pics of a guy nude. She asked me if during our time apart I had slept with anyone else and when I aksed her she claimed no she hadnt. Now I am not so sure.....I am completly lost, I dont know what to do or even if to ask her about the pictures. If I do she will know I looked. What should I do??

Vessence is verified as being by the original poster of the questionIt is a hard call. Considering we started seeing each other again after a month and to find these types of pictures which were taken a few days after we started seeing each other again really leaves the question if its worth it. The hard part is if I should confront her or not and how to if I do. I mean looking through someones phone isnt right though neither is having pictures of that nature that were not between us two. I strongly suspect she isnt faithful though I also think she is, its just a really hard call and thank you all for your advice.

Well, it seems quite likely that she did, but likely that she didn't also, like a 50/50, I'm not sure how you can find out unless there are messages suggesting more information. She would have taken the pictures for a reason and received them because she wanted to, and only a few days after you broke up isn't very long to find someone else, but it's up to you, it doesn't look like you or we have enough information for the truth
