dont write a note, if your going to tell her with words then she only has word of mouth and if she rejects you you dont want her to have a note to show any one

well all i can say is if you feel like this then you need to tell her face to face but then you need to think about the fact is that you are friends and if you say something and you get rejected then it maybe to awkward around eacother...but on the other hand she may feel the same and is to shy to say anything..........do you think there is an attraction there go for it good luck let us know what you decided hope iv been some help

 I think you should ask her out again, she initially said yes when you asked her out the first time. Put what you feel in a letter and see how it goes.
