I need some help!!!

Basically, I go to an all girl school and it is a very bitchy school.

A few months ago my boyfriend came to my school and broke up with me. I was so upset and I didn't want to talk to anyone. Me and my boyfriend (ex now) had sex about 2 months before he broke up with me and the whole school sent a rumor round that I was pregnant. At first I found it funny but not it's just getting annoying. There are worse rumors now like.. well my boyfriend (ex now) was my cousins best friend and everyone thought my ex was my cousin (which he wasn't btw). So there are loads of rumors about me having sex with my cousin and I don't know what to do... No one had met my ex so I can't prove that he isn't.

What should I do??

Please help!!

rumors are everywhere all the time. theres always gonna be that one person who starts shit to get attention. best way to go about this with out gettin yourself into trouble is to ignore and possibly turn it around. go with the insults otherstarfish came up with. funny as hell, original, and if ya say it in front of a group you'll end up embarres the hell out of the other girl.

That does sound bitchy! I have been through similar situations and I found that the best way to sort it is be botchy back and agree!! You need to hold your head high you and your friends know the truth (I assume they believe you if they are real friends) so what difference does it make? I know it's hard but unless you hold your head high, laugh at what is being said and make people realise you aren't bothered it will just wreck your head!

Go into school with a loud, happy, confident look and next time someone mentions it go.. YEP!! I sure did and when someone really seriously asks you or says something back just say well you are the ones making it up so it must be true even though you obviously haven't got a clue! You just need to stand up for yourself. I am one of 8 children and there are 6 girls which mans I have 5 sisters and all of them have told me thing to do!

As for your ex stuff him you can obviously do better hold your head high because you are a lot better then those bitchy girls!!

Best of luck x

i think you have to sit tight and ignore and bat the rumours back. they will get bored and move on- for every comment they make make a bigger one back...

"it was your cousin" reply with no actually it was "your cousin twice"....

"you got pregnant" reply with "no it was just a favour to your mum and dad as you were so ugly"

todays news is tomorrows chip wrappers, let it die down...

Girl ignore them, laugh with them, and it will pass, or you can make an example out of someone and fuck up the next who says it
