Of course it's not too late.
How many new people did you meet last week? If the answer is less than 1 then there is your problem.
Get out there! Join groups and clubs, volunteer, do everything you can to meet new people. You will only find your soul mate if you are out and in a place where he can find you.

Say a prayer, and put your trust in Him.
