No it is definatly NOT legal.
You have to move on, if the police found out about it you'd be prosocuted and labelled as a paedophile.
Your better off finding someone closer your own age that is legal.

Totally illegal! My advice, leave her alone (run away, run real fast). Do not mess up your life with child molestation charges, because that's what it would be if you proceed with any type of sexual relations with this young child. I've just finish listening about a teacher sleeping with one of his students on the news last night. They were caught in a parking lot at 2:00am in the morning. Now he's in jail with enticing a minor for sex, although she was the one who initiated everything with him (He's the adult, so its his fault). His outcome could easily be yours, with you in prison.
Do not get a crush mixed up with love, because crushes are most likely short term and won't last.
