Honestly…You do not need a boyfriend to feel special or that you belong. The old saying “Be careful what you ask for,” is the perfect answer here.
You feel sad because you don’t have that special someone in your life…well…Lets say you did? You meet this really awesome guy. Both of you hit it off really good. You fall in love, and you can’t believe your luck with this guy. You have sex, and you give him all you can give.
A year later, he dumps you for someone else. Now you are hurt. You want to rip your heart from your chest because it hurts sooo bad. How can some do this you?
Fact is…this may happen to you, one way or the other. I pray it never does.
The point is… Do not be in a rush to experience that pain. Having a boyfriend is great, but take your time and choose wisely. Not all relationships you see that looks loving really is.
