 I don't see anything wrong in a little age difference, But your also sixteen years old, a thirteen year old is just a little boy, and your only two years away from being an adult! I think you really need to ask yourself if a thirteen year old boy will be able to satisfy your needs, whatever those may be. Maybe, you don't want to be in a relationship with an older boy or someone the same age because, you think their more experienced and your not? If that is the case, I'm sure you could find someone your own age who feels the same way as you that you could mingle with! I really don't know anybody elses opinion on this. I just think thirteen years old is a little young for somebody your age. But, I cannot tell you who to date, love or like. Just make sure your going in it with the right intentions and so is he.

 It isn't wrong to like him, no one can help their feelings. That said it would be wrong for you to act upon it in a sexual manner. Maybe it would be best if you stay single.
