You are far too young to be even worrying about things like this, what happened to having fun with your friends?
I think its sweet that you have a girlfriend so young and you want to make her happy but if she is pressuring you perhaps you shouldnt even be together. Holding hands and kissing is far enough for your age.
Take her to the cinema or something.

why are you in such a hurry to grow up? you two should be having fun - not sex. 11, you're 11 and you're worrying about what to do next, i'm flabagasted because at your age you should be playing football (or soccer) having.
you've got all your life to be a grown up but only a few years to be a child. my cousin is 11 and the thought of him having a girlfriend is beyond me.
if you two are supposed to be together, you can afford to wait a while.
