Hey,

I have a very annoying problem, and was wondering if any of you could give me some advice.

It's nothing too serious just I am totally paranoid, in class if I hear whispers or laughter I assume they're talking about me (not in a nice way obvoiusly) and I want to believe thats it's not about me and part of me knows but I can't help thinking it is.

Thankyou x

i used to feel like this. and i think i was too quiet and not much confidance. you just have to build up your confidance and if they ARE talking about YOU its just a sign of insercurity of themselves.

Also they might not even be talking about you so i wouldnt worry about it too much.

i hope this helps xx
