Oh, and as for things I've tried. I know I need to be relaxed and comfortable with my partner, which I am. We do different things that turn me on at times, but even though I'm more aroused and it feels really good, it doesn't push me over the edge. Toys, fantasies, oral, fingers, etc etc. while they feel good, still usually don't do it. Any ideas? Oh, I've never cum from self-pleasure either. Sigh.

reader, anonymous, writes (30 August 2010): Have you talked to your doctor about this? You may have some type of nerve condition etc.
This may seem out of your comfort zone, but if you have a sex toy shop or something similar near you, pop in and explain your problem to a woman you feel comfortable talking to. (They are all usually really awesome) She may be able to point you in the direction of different types of toys that do different things! You deserve orgasms!!!
And you said you've only cum through penetration??! I am so jealous! I never have, not even once. (Despite what several ex-boyfriends may think...)
