Question - (15 October 2010) 2 Answers - (Newest, 16 October 2010)
A female United Kingdom age 41-50, anonymous writes:

Have just started to get a lift into work (for just over a week) from a colleague who has moved to the area nearby, we work in different offices in our company so have only really talked and gotten to know each other a little during the mornings, today we had quite a good laugh and I wanted to ask every one what they think the following means: after he stopped the car and just before I got out he patted me on my knee and wished me a good day, I replied ' and you' but it struck me as a strange thing to do to someone you barely know, was he making a subtle pass at me or am I reading to much into it!?!

Wild Thaing agony auntYou're reading too much into it. However, if you are attracted to this guy you could reciprocate the "physical touch" and see what happens.

OhGetReal agony auntHard to tell, but patting you on the knee and telling you to have a good day seems kind of weird to me...I'd be careful, most normal guys aren't quite so smooooth....and they don't touch a woman without being invited to do so.
