writes:I went out with this guy for 9 days. Only 9 days nothing more. He never talked to me, at least to my face. But when people asked if we were going out he said yeah, so I thought we were, so we were. Anyway I got in to this guy. Then he sent this girl to tell me; "Joe said its over."  He is a coward , sending a girl to tell you .Why he cannot come and tell you in your face? These type of guys are a dime a dozen .He is still green behind his ears. Forget him. Real man don't do like that.

reader, anonymous, writes (2 February 2008): You are young, and i suspect he is too, and remember us girls always mature way ahead of bloke in all departments. So, be brave and strong and walk away and put him down to experience. He isnt for you and you do deserve better. Dont ring or get in touch with him, or run after him in any shape or form, have some pride and walk tall.

 The best way to get over him, I think, would be to find another guy. There are plenty of fish in the sea. Old saying, but very true. And you can talk to him every once in a while, give him something to miss!!
