 It's easy, just tell him you aren't ready, and you won't be ready until you feel it's right, and if he asks when you will feel right, then tell him you will feel right when you find the right man to marry.
You are young. He is young, what he has on his mind is sex, making out with girls, and having fun playing sports and video games, trust me I was a teenager once.
Serious relationships at that age are tough for a number of reasons, and one is the pressure of having sex. You have peers, and good friends talking about it all the time, and horny teenage boys talking about getting laid before highschool ends. Don't let peer pressure and media get to your head, remember losing your virginity is a special thing, it only happens once, so make sure a guy who is deserving enough can take it.
