 15! I don't think I even knew about sex when I was 15, but anyway away from my sad life, it's mostly nerves, there are other factors, alcohol,drugs,tiredness none of them are any good. My best advice is concentrate on the foreplay, it will relax both you and your partner which always helps loads. Obviously I also have to agree with fuse+ always remember protection!
