 just go for it, don't be scared lifes too short, she's probably waiting for the words and if she's not she'l say it back when shes ready, if you can't physically say it text it or do it some other way i mean it depends she could take offence to that so just kiss her and look into her eyes and tell her your happy to be with her you don't want to scare her but your falling for her big time and you love her.
