If the girl is smart, she will see your offer as "let's break up but sleep around". I am sure she will see the "no strings attached" thing, and will run away from the deal. She could lose everything and gain little, if anything.
I think it's a bad idea even for yourself. If you broke up, move on. And you don't want the bad reputation that would come with such a proposal.
