Okay, look. You're young, and a little immature. I'll forgive that. But you can't seriously believe for a moment that it's right to put spyware on your boyfriends phone? If you do, then you have some major league insecurity issues that you need to address. You NEVER have the right to do that.
If he is treating you that badly, then dump him. But don't become so needy, desperate and insecure that you actually consider putting spyware on his phone.
Oh, and I forgot, he might be able to sue you if you put spyware on his phone.
I think you need to dump him and move on.
