writes:hey guys so me and this girl that have been on and off for the past 2 or 3 years are back on and its all good. We like eachother alot, we have this whole time. well something that always messed stuff up is. I make a problem out of nothing, like ill start to worry bout something even if i shouldnt and i start to worry bout it a lot and it bugs me so much. any ideas on how to like fix this or reduce it? i want it to stay on this time. i think its cuz im like unsecure cuz of all the past times. well hope you guys can help thanks Reply to this Question

 Will the sun rise tomorrow.? What if the sun does not rise tomorrow? Will you worry tomorrow you are going to die? Nobody knows and you don't have the answers. That is how you should treat your worries.
Do you worry about everything when you should not be worrying?
Your worrying will not help you an ounce. Just accept whatever happens will happen. Then you could focus your energy on more useful activities.
Cast all your doubts or worries unto Jesus.(If you are the spiritual type.)
