When he comes in make sure you have a warm bubble bath run for him, fill the bathroom with candles. Place a glass of his favourite wine beside the tub.  Why not book a table at your favourite resturant, a romantic one with dim lighting, candle light, and soft back ground music, and some nice wine. Or you could suprise him and cook him one of his favourite meals, and set the table really nice.
What ever you decide im sure he will love it.
