I want to ask her out but what do I say?

this girl shows me pictures of her pet horse and wont let anone else see the pictures. she glances at me at often smiles when she sees me. i get on well with hre friends and they appear to like me. at the end of the school year last year we played some games and she always made excuses to touch me and would always pick me. we texted each other every night last year for a few months and then split but she seems interested in me again and i wonder if i should ask this girl out tehe only problem is that i dont know what to say
