 It makes very little difference unless you don't have sex for years. I went almost 15 months and it felt close to the first time for me, but I also do kegel exercises on a regular basis. Those help tighten the muscles in that area if you do them regularly.

 It can get a little tighter yes. Mine does at least, when long time goes between when I have sex. It doesn't turn into virgin-tight. But tight enough for it to feel unusual to have sex, and for me to need to take it slow unless Im very well lubricated. And "long time" for me here is 4-6 months time. I don't know how it would be after years of abstaining. But it wont ever return to being as tight as when you were a virgin, thankfully.
However if you use sex toys and dildo's you wont get tighter at all.

I'm not a doctor or anything... But I have heard that its really not an issue of how much sex youve had, (unless youve been experimenting with bowling balls) but more so a genetic thing. I mean your born with a certain "tightness" and thats what you have your whole life. I dont know if thats true, but to support that, my gf just had our first child, and I can't say that I've noticed a difference at all, our kid is 4 months old.
