 Of course this is normal. Hopefully, young people still learn about physiology, biology and stuff like that in school, and in the process of maturing. It's totally normal, but as others suggested, be careful and play safe.

Not knowing what your appitite is, consider getting on a good on-line dating site and see if you can find a entry that excites you. Work up from email, telephone and a meeting in a public place (casual) and see what happens. You can find a single male, a couple, or a female that likely to want causal sex. A couple might be a great thing if you're feeling adventurous, and they are likely NOT to want anything more than sex...

If you wanna have sex do it with someone you love not just some guy you meet at a bar cause you will regret it and use protection. condoms, birth control pills. talk about it before you do it just make sure u and ur partner are both okay with this.
as for the phone sex whatever floats ur boat.
