 Hello, Falling in love with a friend is complicated. However, feelings cannot be held aside darling! Flirt with him more and see if you get a reaction back, if you do then i would suggest that you should make a move on him, but give it a bit of time before this happens.However, if that doesn't work, try talking to your mates about it, see if they will do the hard work for you, telling him about it! Otherwise, without him knowing it will just make things complicated! This guy may feel the same way but also may just be scared about your reaction. Good luck!... rate me.

 Well I wouldnt fret too much, you are still young and will have plenty of chances for a boyfriend. Don't feel you need a boyfriend just because your friends have one..
As for this guy, you might want to try to turn these quick talks to longer talks.. and maybe ask if he would like to hang out sometime outside of school. maybe something like "I'm going to the park this afternoon and am looking for some company, would you like to join me?"
even if it's just gonna to be as friends(I problaly wouldnt say that part to him though), it'll be a good start to see if maybe there would be more than just friends.. :) and you may find out in the process that he wouldnt be good boyfriend material.
