I told him how I feel for him, should I also ask him out?

I have fallen for a guy who lives eighty miles away and only get to see him every 4 - 8 wks due to work

commitments on both sides and small children from previous relationships. I really like him infact love him as I told him this when we last met up. I txt him

daily to say good morning and what I am upto during day he replies when he has finished work has he has been very busy at work and under a lot of pressure.

I tell him all the time how i feel but he dosent he holds his feelings in, I am to scared to ask him out right as this may scare him off. what adivice can you give
