I thought we were going to reunite, but she blocked me on messenger! Why would she do that?

i was in what i thought was a serious relationship for over a year, with a woman, that i had a relationship 10 years earlier, which lasted almost 2 years. as time when by after the break up, which came as shocking surprise, i moved on with my life, but about a year later i ran into her on the road. no contact or anything, just a deep look. anyway, from that day i have not only seen her everywhere posible, but also noticed that she was coming on line on my buddy list. i figure that if i could see her on line., so can she also. i figure she would take me off, but this when one for several months, always very early in the morning and on her days off. after several months of this, and running into her, i gave in and sent her an e-mail, asking her if she had something to tell me. i figured that if she did not, she would not answer, but she did, telling me that she was thinking the same thing about me. we exchange a couple of e-mail without resolving anything. finally after a few months she stop coming on my buddy list. i guess as before, she either blocked me or took me off. i'm confuse about her action. does this mean anything it all on her part
