A male age 30-35, anonymous writes:

One of my best friends has not spoken to me in 2 months because of something that happened during the days after her birthday and I don't know what to do.

Basically it was the Sunday after her birthday and she had invited some friends and had gone to another town just to explore. I was also invited. When we got there, we had lunch etc. After sometime all of us were walking back and she mentioned she wanted someone to go and buy vodka for their after party that night (It was only girls). I volunteered because I had bought alcohol before. I bought it and gave it to her and told her not to pay me back etc since it was for her birthday...

A few days later, my dad comes and tells me that I had gone to this town with her and how I had bought alcohol and gave me a lecture. After that, I was so angry I immediately asked her about it and accused her of ratting me out. She got pissed off and told me she hadn't done it. Later I found out someone else had ratted and I apologized to her for what I said and explained why I got so angry so fast (I was used as a scape-goat for alot of stuff when I was smaller).

So now she hasn't spoken to me. I tried chatting with her on Facebook but she still hasn't replied. I first tried a few hours after apologizing but no reply. Then a week after that and then yesterday.

What do I do??

~Thanks.

Try writing her a letter to her, then let her come to you. I'm afraid if she's very unhappy this will take a lot of time to heal. But hopefully when she sees it in writing she'll come around.
