I really do like him and I know he likes me too. We are really close now and I want a relationship with him and I know for a fact it can work he knows it too but because of past "bad" relationships he doesn't ask me out:S ... DO NOT PUT ANY PRESSURE ON HIM! if you start to act impatient he will nto like you... if he's going to do it he will eventually.. what's meant to happen will be... and if you really like him just take things slow get to know really well as friends first... later on whether or not you guys end up together you will be happy that you waited...guys want girls who can be their best friends...

 why dose he have to ask you? i think you should tell him how you feel and then ask him out, and tell him you wont take no for an answer.
