writes:Right how do i put this....well, i think a girl at my school is sleeping with one of the teachers and it isn't in my head.This girl is a layabout she sits around, sleeps and smokes her way through school and makes no effort to do anything, testament to this was the fact she got the lowest mark in the coursework for one particular subject it was an E grade and her been in a top group it isn't good (god knows how she got in that class)but all she said was 'i can't be arsed'.Roll on 6 months and suddenly shes getting extra help off the teacher in charge of that subject, who doesn't even teach us, she spent a few lessons alone with him and now she has the highest grade in the class for coursework at an A. I asked her some questions about the subject it was on and she doesn't understand,comprende or know any of it.In my good nature i hoped everyone would be offered this oppurtunity to improve there work (everyone else got c's the highest a b-) but they wasn't instead the same man slashed the marks on everyone elses coursework on that subject(with no chance to improve), except hers wasn't and the other piece of coursework she had went up in mark she admitted she hadn't seen it for months and didn't even know what its title meant.I'm disgusted and think there is something going on, i imformed another member of staff but they laughed it off. Does anyone else here feel this is an example of gross favoritism?Should i take things furthur if it is? for example go to the GTC?

 best thing you can do is get your marked coursework back, and then go to the headmaster with a few others who are not happy with the grades theyve recieved and ask him if the grade you have been given is fair. Tell him/her that your not happy and you would like feedback on what exactly you did wrong to get such a low grade and compare your work to 'lazy-arse-gets-good-grade' girl and see were that goes. Then just ask what the private lessons are for, why are lazy students getting extra help when the students that want to learn are left to figure things out for themselves. Hope this helps x

 I would seriously think about telling someone about this as it isn't fair that this girl is getting better grades because she is sleeping with the teacher. Plus this teacher is out of order for using her like that. Try talking to the head of the school! They will have to take the accusation seriously.

 Hi im not sure what GTC means, but i think you should maybe go to a higher authority yes. you have clearly done a lot of thinking, but you dont have any hard proof evidence.. without any of them admitting it, it wont go much futher.. the teacher would be jeprodising their future as a teacher.. i hope i helped, mail me if u wana talk x x x
