 I think YummyMummy is right.
It's sometimes a lot harder than it sounds, but you should talk to her about it.
Tell her how you feel, and listen to what she has to say.

 Talk to her and ask her where she see's you two going. Also why can't you invite her round your house? Do you go round her? This could be part of the problem?
You are still young and have only been with her a little while. Just chat with her and ask her everything that is on your mind. Talking is the main part of a relationship.
