If you don't know how to ask, you are too young to date! Yes, this is an immature form of flirting, usually seen when kids are pre-teens. Sometimes it spills over until people are 16 or 17. Tell them to stop it. It is also a criminal assault, and you have the right to not be attacked, even if it is by two girls. By allowing them to get away with this behavior you create the likelihood that they will become more abusive, and may actually hurt someone in the near future. Tell them to knock it off.
