im currently in my 4th year with my partner and lately he has been off with me,now i know why because he carries a photo of an unknown female around with him,i believe he has daily contact with her and slept with her,how do i confront him?

text him or call him would be better, and tell him we need to talk about what im feeling. and when the time comes ask him straight up dont beat around the bushes and just ask "are you cheating on me?". i had this happen recently and he told me he wasnt

You asked how to confront a cheating person. You just confront him. It's alittle late to try not to start an argument. what he is doing is wrong. If you don't confront him the cheating will go on. it might still go on anyway, it depends on how close him and the other women have become, You need to decide before you confront him whether or not you are going to stay.
