writes:ok so about a month ago back me and this guy max broke up. We were doing fine in the relationship. On day we were texting and be was saying how much he missed me and wanted to hangout, then he asked what I was doing well at that time my friend larrisa was dating maxs friend Austin and larrisa was cheating on him. So max asked what I was doing I told him I was on the phone with Austin for I could tell him what was going on. Then max was like Austin would be better for u, and all this then I was like so u pretty much just broke up with me, and max was like yeah.he texted ne the next day asking If we were friend I said yeah.but he tells his friends he hates me.well over spring break he texted me asking how I was, I was like I thought u hated me he was like I am over it all, then he was like are you looking for any guys jw?, I told him yeah. I felt as if he were going to try to get back with me tell he said hope you find a good guy.I have a few questions:1. do you think max still likes me he's just saying he hate mr because he made a mistake for dumbing me?2. If so how would I get him to like me and talk to me?3. Should I give him another try/chance?Thank you,doniescha

 He sounds like a jealous, insecure jerk. He said Austin would be better for you because he was jealous you were talking to him on the phone. Then asked you if you were looking for any guys then said, good luck? He wants to make sure you are still alone. You shouldnt have to worry about getting someone to like you or talk to you. He probably likes you to tell all his friends he hates you (you cant hate someone you dont care about at all...) but really you should let this loser go. Get someone with some confidence.
