1.squat on floor and pant

2. stand up and blow your thumb.

After school today, i was standing with friends and 1 of my friends did this and laughed after. So i did it. I remember blowing my thumb. then i had a quick dream pass before me.. and i woke up to see figures who then appeared propperly as my friends. They said that .. my eyes rolled back, i feell to the ground and shoook madly and woke up after about 5-6 seconds. They said, that i have had the worst reaction out of everybody.

I couldnt believe it, the shock and everything. The world didnt feel the same.

Now i feel just light headed but know everything and everyone and am my normal self. Im just full of shock. Am i safe? Could i have epilepsy or anything like that.. the shaking or fit wasnt normal. I told my mum and she said i was stupid. But please help!!

eyeswideopen agony auntYou hyperventilated yourself. And I'm with your mom, that is a very stupid thing to intentionally do to yourself. Knock it off before you cause some damage. It's called the "Fainting Game" here in the states by the way. Listen to your mom, it's really stupid.

EbonyBlossom agony auntWell, doing the "challenge" wouldn't have caused it. You're friends are telling the truth about the fit aren't they? You couldn't have just got breathless and passed out.

It's true that epilepsy can cause fitting, but so can another condition called vasovagal syncope which is less serious, and drug abuse can also lead to fitting.

I'd get a doctor's appointment. Let me know how you get on =]
