 Life is about working towards the thing you want. Whether she likes you or not, it doesn't matter, you do.
Don't be afraid of a "no". If she does say no, it will give you the opportunity to move on to someone else.
If you ask her, there's a chance that she'll say yes. If you don't, it's a guaranteed no.
