writes:So this girl and I (she's a freshmen in highschool and im a junior in highschool) have been talking for a couple of weeks and I thought things were going pretty good. And then we stopped talking for a couple of days cause we both thought each other was mad at each other for a reason ha. Well we started talking again this week and I thought things were going well again and I asked her at school friday if she wanted to double date on saturday. She said she'd ask her parents cause her dad's strict on her with boys and she might have family coming down. So i said that was ok but to tell me in advance over facebook(her phone got taken away) and she agreed. Well friday and saturday passed and she never told me... This confused me greatly. Did she reject me? Should I have said anything? Should I quit talking to her? I like this girl alot and her sister and her friends say that she likes me... so i dont know. what can i do to make her want me more or something? please help!

reader, anonymous, writes (18 April 2011): I think that you shouldn't worry to much and just ask her about it if you ever have a time to just talk. If her friends and sister have said that she likes you it's almost 100% definite. I'm a freshman girl too and I'm pretty sure that i would never blow off a junior. But yeah once again talk to her about it because maybe she got her computer privileges taken away from her parents. She also could have felt worried about the date because maybe she thought it would be stressful and there would be pressure to do things that she wasn't ready for because a another couple would be there who may be more into PDA etc.... hope this helps (:
