 Well just befriend him, hang out with him and things will take its course, whether or not he wants to be with you... you can't pressure someone into dating you if they don't like you back and you wouldn't know if you guys aren't friends.

im 15 but everyone thinks im about 17... due to my looks/personality maturaty....
i always date older guys, around the 17ish mark :)
i prefer them, because there more mature where as everyone my age is still imature.
just act mature, and get him to notice you, start chatting to him, and hit things of with a good chat, find something you have in common ect.
age shouldnt matter and if he sees the person you are deep down inside then thats the most important thing, if he cant see that, then find someone which likes you for the person you are.
this proberly didnt help much but ahh well :D
