lotus mama808 agony auntHow exactly do you need help? Financialy? Physically? Mentally? All of the above? How is he not helping? The reason I ask is because this information will help us to answer your question better. You say he is your current boyfriend, so if the pair of you get along fine and he pays for the child, and has no issues taking care of him when you need the time for yourself, then the issues lie within your relationship. Have you expressed to him that you need him around to help with your son?

if you guys are together and have children together he should want to.....maybe there is a bigger picture you may not be seeing....just ask him....tell him why you want him to....it shouldnt just be for help it should also be because you want your family to be together and you love him
