A female reader, RawrrJoJoBabii United States +, writes (10 July 2008):

RawrrJoJoBabii agony auntI'm thirteen too. Parties are really big deals. Appearance [&+] Personality are your two main things you absolutely need to have. Depending on what type of party (theme, ect.) go for a flirty, sexy (not very revealing though..) outfit. Makeup isn't neccesary especially if this is your first time but if it suits you go for something natural looking to highlight your eyes or your skin complexion.

Although you may be looking super hot at the party make sure your personality outshines what your wearing. Because remember you're wearing the outfit. It's not wearing you. Another key thing to consider is taking risks. 84% of teenage boys would like the girl to make the first move. So that indicates that if you see a guy that catches your interest make a move. Don't stand around and be shy. Mingle [&+] most of all Have Fun.

As far as the "if a guy comes to you from behind thing.." watch your back. But, don't turn around too quickly. Slowly look over your shoulder and see whose there. Look the guy straight in the eyes and if he attracts you smile. If not, grin and walk away slowly lol :]

Good Luck! [&+] Like I Said Have Fun!
