reader, anonymous, writes (10 November 2008): First never let him see it bothers you if you do he's in control. Believe it or not love is a game and control issue. I would bet money you were very nice, did anything he asked etc. That was your problem guys and girls lose interest if they dominate. Call him and tell him your glad he found someone that you were ready for a new relationship with someone also. Let him think your seeing someone else and brag about that fake person to him. Especially brag about strengths that were his weaknesses. This should work not right away but he will call back just to chit chat and rub it in some more. If you ever get back never let him know it was a lie or he will do it again. Always be in control, be nice but not too nice. Always let the other think that you could live without them no problem and they will always be trying to get your full devotion. Believe me it works!! Never ever show weakness such as jealousy it only makes you look weak and worthless. Men and women both look for what they can't have or control, once they gain full control they lose interest. Sorry many will say this is bs but I know from experience I am 37 and played this game with many women over the years. I am married now but I fell in love with a good woman and it was a hard thing for me to do because I loved playing the field.
