Was it a sexual dream, or just a dream? Just curious since you added "i am not gay" to the quesiton. All that aside- teachers, ecspecially good ones, leave a great impact in our lives. They are there to teach us, guide us, and love us (as their students) Sometimes we form relationships quite similar to parent-child relationships. I had a teacher who once said she couldnt count how many times she has been mistakenly called "Mom" by her students. I realized that I have called a few of my teachers Mom by mistake, I think its quite natural for you to miss your teacher. I had a teacher in the 8th grade that I related to, and I cried when school was out too because I would miss her. Maybe you can write your teacher a letter, telling him how he has made an impact in your life, that he was a wonderful teacher and you will remember him always. Then have your school mail it to him (I'm sure they have his new address) He would love to know that he is doing a great job and making good impressions on his students!
