reader, anonymous, writes (17 March 2007): it can be really hard when you feel as though you're in love with someone but unsure whether they like you back. but sometimes, if you dont do something about it, you might feel as though you've wasted your only chance. he wont wait forever. if he doesn't like you, atleast you'll know. but it isnt easy telling him. are you good friends, or do you barely know each other? if you barely know each other, do you still feel ike you know him better than anyone ese and is it driving you crazy all day and night because you feel you cant have him? you'll never know unless you try it. just be honest with him but dont sound too obsessive - you dont want to scare him away! but be yourself and be honest.

 No, I wouldn't mention to him that you love him, he will only run a mile and avoid you like the plague. Try and be in his company and chat to him in a friendly way first of all. Try to get to know him better. You'll soon get the vibes whether he likes you back or not.
