writes:me and my best friend who's a girl we've been EXTREMELY close for years and ive been in love with her for bout 2-3 years im sure she's the one I spend loads of time with her i see her daily most in college and after the holidays we are together most days. When we have kisses goodbye or something there has been a few times its not just been a normal kiss but slightly tonges as well but we've realised. I really love her n im sure she likes me cuz someones keeps tellin me she does but i refuse to belive it. But im sure she likes me cuz of whats happned in the past. I just don't know how to tell her andf in what way. What should i do , should i just come out with it randomly or kiss her and see what she does or what should i do to make it feel right. please help

 It sounds like the two of you both share feelings for each other, and have quite a strong connection.
Her feelings for you are most certainly reciprocated by the way you both kiss goodbye, the slightly tongues thing.
Tell her your feelings for her, but set the ambience just right, maybe a candle lit dinner, or watching the sun set over the horizon.

 Well if I were you I would tell her how you feel but say if she doesnt feel the same then you would love to continue to be her best friend. Tell her you think about he and feel so much love for her.
She wii either say yes or no but I would tell her because you cant live the rest of your days wondering if she does or doesnt?????
