 Ask him out. Enough with exchanging glances and crap, take the bull by the horns and go for it. Life's too damn short.
You don't have to ask him out to anything special, maybe lunch or coffee/tea. See how he reacts. If he's interested at all, he'll go. Don't be discouraged if he has other plans. See if he's free later in the week. If he says he isn't, then you know he's not interested.
