 I just would like to add that you need to be careful about "signs" someone is into you. Sometimes people flirt and the "signs" would be the same as for the real thing.

 He will treat you in a different way to other women, his eyes will light up when ever you enter the room, and will go out of his way to be near you. One of the strongest flirtatious signals is eye contact, if he looks you in the eyes for over 5 seconds then he is well into you. Also touch, if he playfully touches you, or touches your hands when taking something are all signs he likes you also.

It's difficult to give a general answer. Maybe it would be better if you posted what he has been doing about you. Then it would be easier to say if he might be interested or not.
