 tell him you're sorry but you're not interested in going out with him or getting involved with anybody right now.
don't be pressured into anything by anyone because you have freedom of speech and all that.
if he's opnly interested in certain things, he'll find it somewhere else.

 Just lay thr truth out for him. This is better than letting him get his hopes up then breaking them. The earlier you tell him to better.
