Like everyone says he( one of my teachers) flirts with me all the time now. Is it normal for me to like people in their 20's and 30's?

 its not uncommon atall, infact older guys flirting with younger women happens allot more then some people care to admit. the biggest problem is that most guys dont know when to say no! and will happily take advantage of any underage girl that shows an interest, so dont get sucked in, let your feelings stay just that..'feelings' gudluk play safe

reader, anonymous, writes (24 April 2009): Older does not mean more mature, it just means older. Most teenage girls don't actually seek maturity, they seek older ages in guys.
There are lots of mature teenage boys too, but "mature" teenage girls have a bad habit of holding their age against them and preferring older guys.

Us girlies mature faster than boys. Personally i find boys my age way to immature for me.
I'm 14 and my boyfriend is 17 :)
Don't go off with Men in their 20-30 because they are at serious risk of being imprisioned and the chances re they will think you are wayy to young for them. Stick to teenagers for now. Teachers may be flirty but that might just be them being themselves as it is illeagal to date pupils.

 Be careful with any "flirty" (ie disguised sexual) relationships with your teachers; he could lose his job and you are under-age anyway.
I agree that boys take longer to mature - some of us never grow up!
What are you looking for with these older boys/men? If it's sexual, it's illegal. If you think it isn't, they may have different ideas! Please be very careful what you get into, and don't get taken advantage of. At your age you can be so easily manipulated by someone older and with more experience of how to get you to do what he wants, even if you think you are quite mature and sophisticated.
Usual caution - even though you shouldn't be getting sexual, I know you won't listen.
ALWAYS USE CONDOMS. ALWAYS.
